Why is Stripe preferred over Paypal?
Paypal may freeze or hold the funds you send to us due to increasingly stricter policies, making it more difficult for us to fund production. If this happens for your payment, we will email you to confirm the order for us so that the funds are (hopefully) released.
If you can pay via Stripe, it is just as trustworthy and will not cause us any major issues! Apple Pay and most cards are accepted via Stripe.
Will content warnings be provided?
- This zine is recommended for audiences aged 15 and above.
The works within this zine will be tagged, however, viewer discretion is advised particularly for the night dream section which explores unsettling, mild horror and gore content.
Each zine section will have a contents page with contributor names, any deluxe features for each work and content warnings per work.
What’s the deluxe digital zine?
A number of our contributors have worked hard to create animations for their artworks and curated playlists for reading their written pieces!
This interactive zine version will be sent as an EPUB download and will also be accessible via an online Flipbook.
These are exclusive to the Deluxe Digital Zine, and the online flipbook is also accessible via QR codes in the physical copy of the zine.
When and how will I receive my digital zine?
Digital orders will be fulfilled once the preorder period is over.
We will be sharing the Google Drive folder with the digital files to the email you provided at checkout, so please use one that you access regularly.
PHYSICAL ORDERS
Where are you shipping from?
Physical orders will be packed and sent from Malaysia by @yoonjinsass (Max), @mangdreams (Xin) and @seokjinscroptop (Jaja).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that production after preorders close (April 10th) can take anywhere between 1-3 months, and that shipping will depend on the status of the postal service at the time due to COVID-19. We will provide updates via social media as we receive our physical products, and once all items are ready to ship.
Access to the online flipbook will be made available to the email you provided in your order once the preorder period is complete! If you ordered any physical copy, you can view the zine online via our flipbook prior to receiving the physical version if you would like to.
Digital orders will be sent as Google Drive access to the email provided at checkout as well. Please download the files and access the online zine as needed.
We ask that you do not abuse this access - do not repost any content from inside the zine (ie. our contributors’ works) publicly, and do not resell or profit from our zine, since all profits will be donated to charity.
What postal service will be shipping my order?
We are using POSMalaysia pricing to estimate the shipping cost for physical orders.
Due to COVID-19, please understand that there will be major delays in shipping. We will post updates on our twitter account @DreamcoreZine when we receive product shipments and when we begin shipping out orders!
Where are you shipping to internationally?
All POSMalaysia Shipping Zones:
Flexipack Shipping (500g for most regions, as well as 2kg for USA/EU) :
Zone 1: Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
Zone 2: Everywhere else (excluding. UK)
If you cannot find a shipping option for your location, please contact the admins and we’ll sort it out for you!

Please contact us directly via email or DM one of the admins on twitter if you would like to order and we will set up an Etsy store. If you have ordered despite this, we will refund you and ask if you would like to reorder via Etsy.
How much is shipping?
We’ve tried to optimise shipping as much as possible! The shipping rates have been the cheapest we can find, and all include tracking as part of the cost.
International (Prices are in USD)
Please check if your zine bundle will fit within the weight restrictions of each shipping type! We will contact you in the circumstance that it is incorrect.
If you would still like to pay for express shipping please contact the zine team directly.
*We’ve tried to include most areas, but if you’d like to confirm the cost of shipping, you can download the POSMalaysia app for AirParcel prices and contact one of the admins (we’ve rounded up by the dollar to ensure we have enough to cover transaction fees and any COVID-related increases in price).
Flexipack Zone 2 includes the rest of the world.
Is my order tracked?
Yes! The cost of shipping includes the price of POSMalaysia’s additional international tracked shipping label.
Please let us know if there are any issues with tracking your order and we will try to contact POSMalaysia. If your parcel is lost despite these preventative measures, we are not obligated to resend you another shipment - it will be reviewed and negotiated on a case by case basis.
